1.1 Simulated Environment

The Demo Platform is a simulated, non-production environment designed to showcase Piq's product functionality. All trades, positions, market prices, probabilities, and account balances displayed on the Demo Platform are entirely fictitious and for illustrative purposes only.

1.2 No Real Money

No real money is involved in any Demo Platform activity. All currency amounts, account balances, profits, losses, and transaction values displayed are simulated and hold no real-world monetary value. No deposits, withdrawals, or transfers of real funds are possible through the Demo Platform.

1.3 No Real Financial Transactions

All trades and market positions executed on the Demo Platform are simulated. They do not constitute real financial transactions, real investment activity, or real contractual obligations of any kind between users or between users and Piq.

1.4 No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Demo Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Market probabilities and prices displayed are simulated and do not reflect real market conditions.

4.1 General Prohibitions

By accessing the Demo Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Attempting to crash, overload, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the Demo Platform or any underlying infrastructure through any means, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks, automated scripting, bot traffic, or deliberate stress testing without prior written authorization from Piq;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Demo Platform, its servers, databases, APIs, or backend systems;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Demo Platform;
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Demo Platform or any associated system without prior written authorization from Piq;
• Introducing malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code into the Demo Platform or its infrastructure;
• Intercepting, monitoring, or modifying any data transmitted through the Demo Platform without authorization;
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the Demo Platform at scale;
• Impersonating Piq, its team members, or any other user of the Demo Platform;
• Using the Demo Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

4.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any violation of Section 4.1 may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your access to the Demo Platform without notice, reporting of your activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law, and pursuit of civil or criminal legal remedies available to Piq under applicable law. Piq reserves the right to pursue damages for any disruption, harm, or loss caused to the Demo Platform, its infrastructure, or its operations as a result of prohibited conduct.

5.1 Data Collection

Piq may collect basic usage data from Demo Platform activity, including but not limited to interaction patterns, feature usage, and technical performance data. This data is used solely to improve the product and is handled in accordance with Piq's Privacy Policy.

5.2 No Personal Financial Data

The Demo Platform does not collect, store, or process any real financial information, payment data, bank account details, or government-issued identification. Do not enter any real financial or personal identification information into the Demo Platform.

8.1 Provided As-Is

The Demo Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Piq does not warrant that the Demo Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or defects. As a pre-launch demo environment, the platform may be modified, reset, or taken offline at any time without notice.

8.2 No Liability for Demo Activity

Since no real money or assets are involved, Piq accepts no liability for any simulated gains or losses displayed on the Demo Platform. Piq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Demo Platform.

8.3 Demo Does Not Represent Final Product

The Demo Platform represents a pre-launch version of Piq's product. Features, design, market availability, pricing, and functionality displayed in the demo are subject to change and may not reflect the final live product.
